Jobs and cost codes
Time is entered against the actual jobs and cost codes your office maintains, not typed into a free-text box for somebody to interpret later. Available on every line, including Core.
Features
Everything below exists to do one thing: get accurate, approved, auditable time out of the field and into payroll — with a record you can defend afterwards.
Time entry
The field records time the way the office needs it recorded — the first time.
Time is entered against the actual jobs and cost codes your office maintains, not typed into a free-text box for somebody to interpret later. Available on every line, including Core.
One person, one week, several jobs. A single timecard carries every job the crew member touched, with hours attributed to each. On Core+ and above.
When somebody starts or a job opens before the back office has caught up, time can still be captured against a pending employee or job, and resolved before it goes anywhere. Available on every line, including Core.
Approval
Approval in construction is rarely one person clicking yes. MyBizBOSS is built for the real shape of it.
One approver, one decision, recorded against the timecard. Available on every line, including Core.
Decide what an approver signs off: Job-Level, Employee-Level, or Cost Code-Level. Approval fits the way responsibility is already divided in your office, rather than forcing everyone into one fixed unit. On Core+ and above.
Sequential routing through as many stages as your process needs, so time reaches payroll already signed off by everyone who has to see it. On Core+ and above.
Fine-grained rights over who can enter, edit and approve — and a way to hand approval to somebody else when a supervisor is out on site. On Core+ and above.
See what is still sitting unapproved and how long it has been there, before it becomes a payroll problem on Friday afternoon. On Core+ and above.
Every entry, edit, approval and rejection is timestamped and attributed. Available on every line, including Core.
Getting time out
Every line exports clean CSV. The Core+ Connect line goes further and talks to Sage 300 CRE directly.
Approved time out as CSV, on every line. If your payroll process starts with a file, this is that file — accurate, approved and traceable back to who entered it.
A real connection to Sage 300 CRE: a managed manual/CSV exchange, or a live automated sync where the environment supports it, plus a defined process for resolving pending employees and jobs, so nothing lands in Sage half-formed.
On integration scope: MyBizBOSS integrates with Sage 300 CRE. We are not claiming connectors to other accounting or payroll systems — if you run something else, tell us and we will be straight with you about whether we fit today.
See it in practice
Multi-job crews, a supervisor on vacation, two people added mid-week. That is the demo worth doing.
